We all reach a point, somewhere at sometime, when we break down. Things reach critical mass and then suddenly, we can’t take anymore. Our composure cracks and the tears fall, despite our embarrassment or shame. Perhaps you’re the type to keep it all together at any cost, saving all your pain to be reabsorbed into your body. Maybe you can only release when you feel safe.

In what we call, “breakdowns” our weaknesses seem to get the best of us. They steal away our confident composure and pride. But reaching your breaking point doesn’t mean you’ve failed in anyway. In fact, maybe you’re close to breaking through to something more. Don’t we need our tears?
