Waking up to the feint aroma of incense, I rub my eyes to welcome a new day. My phone reads 4am. In the ‘real world’ I’d roll over welcoming the chance to fall back to sleep but here in Bali, I’m magnetically drawn outside into the jungle.

Walking down the meandering path I hear synchronistic chanting. It’s a background vibration that soothes a deep part of my being. I feel safe, watched-over and guided as I leave my quaint, tidy, room lovingly prepared each day by the wonderful staff.
